The Open Roads fuel card basically works like a debit card. By linking your bank account or credit card youre able to buy fuel at our 3,800+ merchants nationwide.

We are at least 15-20 days out on getting your card in the mail to you from the day we receive your application. We ship the cards via USPS. There are options to receive your card sooner on the application.

No, you can pay directly at the pump using your Open Roads card. You also get access to truck lanes at participating locations.

No, Open Roads is completely FREE to join. There are no signup fees, monthly charges, or hidden costs.

You will either apply for a Line of Credit account, prepay account, or a security deposit account directly with EFS/WEX.

That is the setup/ application processing fee to open an account.

Once approved, you will have a direct account with EFS/WEX and use their app, WEX Card Control.
