You have multiple ways to know how much per gallon you are paying. You can download the Open Roads App which will show you your fuel with the correct amount in the transaction. You will also receive a statement from us the next business day after you fuel that will show you the retail price, the discount received, our fee and the amount that will be drafted from your account.

Some stores charge you either a 15 or 40 cent transaction fee each time you fuel.
Your pin number is the number you created when you received the card. Your control number is the last 4 of your social security number that you have to enter at the pump.
Oregon charges an additional 36 cents fuel price for their state fuel taxes. We as a company don’t have the permit to be able to not be charged that tax so the 36 cents will need to be calculated back into the discounted price that is listed.
If you get a sale canceled or can't process error at the pump reader, you will need to take your card inside and have the cashier run it for you. If you still have problems, please call our after hours line while you are still there and we can assist you.
